| Beamind to present LDT technology at ECWC11 |
ECWC11 will be held on March 17-19, 2008 in Shanghai Everbright Convention and Exhibition International Hotel.
ECWC is the global convention sponsored by World Electronic Circuits Council (WECC). It is the most important conference in the Printed Circuit Board industry, held every three year.
ECWC focus on the latest PCB, assembly and packaging technology and provide an exchange platform for technology and management. Started from 1978, the past 10 world conventions were held in rotation in Europe, US and Japan.
ECWC11 brings out the concept “Environment and Innovative Technology Challenge” according to world development and industry focus. Since the end of 2006, CPCA released Call for Papers globally and supported by WECC members CPCA，EIPC, IPC, JPCA, KPCA, IPCA, China HKPCA and China TPCA. 142 papers received crossing every fields of the industry.
Beamind will in particular present its LDT technology [Laser direct testing (a step forward for the Electrical Test of Semiconductor Packaging)], from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, March 18, at on Room D (trck D5).
It is estimated that there will be about 1200-1500 attendees in ECWC11.
Just one day after the start of ECWC11, CPCA Show 2008 will be grand open in Pudong New Expo Center.
